and upgrade to one of the larger systems from the aria

capacity with the assurance of continued quality,
service, transparent features and operation, minimising
lost time in familiarisation.
Future Proof

has been built to meet future market requirements. A
complete and affordable business telephone system, the
aria 34e represents an economical alternative to larger
more expensive PABX’s. Whatever your needs, be they for
a basic telephone system, or one requiring advanced
features such as On Ramp 2 (ETSI) ISDN, Auto Attendant,
Voice Mail, ACD and many more, the aria 34e provides the
flexibility necessary to integrate these productively
into your business.

allocate the right tools to the right staff:
Check the features:
- Digitised Voice Unit (DVU)
Use of the DVU smooths the flow of incoming call
traffic, improves your image to callers and
increases the productivity within your organisation
by using existing resources more effectively. The
DVU provides messaging for Auto Attendant, Call
Sequencing for ACD applications or busy operators,
internal user greetings and voice messaging.
- OnRamp ISDN* (ETSI)
OnRamp is the latest Integrated Services Digital
Network (ISDN) service from Telstra. Based on
European standards, OnRamp not only enhances your
telephone service with clear, digital calls, it also
allows you to upgrade your existing analogue service
and keep your existing telephone number.
- Least Cost Routing
With increased competition between telecommunication
carriers, your aria business system can be
programmed to automatically choose the most
cost-effective carrier for all your international,
interstate and mobile calls. LCR allows your
business system to make the dialling decisions,
saving time and money.
- Automated Attendant* - Call
Routing
Many calls are lost due to ineffective call handling
costing your organisation money. Thearia 34e
business system solves this problem with the Auto
Attendant feature. The system can be programmed so
that incoming calls receive a recorded greeting,
inviting callers to use single digit selection to
direct calls to a specific extension or wait to be
connected to an operator. Automated Attendant can
also be used as an overflow option to ease the
receptionist’s load during peak periods, allowing
more calls to be answered without increasing
reception resources.
- Automated Call Distribution (ACD)
Call Centre and ACD technology is driving huge gains
in productivity, customer service and revenues
across all industries. The aria 34e’s clever ACD
functions allow you to introduce big business call
handling features at a fraction of the cost. The
aria 34e employs queuing technology, allowing you to
handle more incoming calls than there is staff
available. Calls are queued as determined by you,
across nominated personnel, minimising wait time for
callers and spreading the load evenly within your
organisation.
